The world of music rights and royalties can be complex.

SOCAN is the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada and is Canada’s largest member-based rights management organization. SOCAN represents the rights of music creators and publishers for the composition of music and lyrics.

In this free webinar you’ll get an overview of what SOCAN does as Canada’s largest music rights organization and the role it plays within the larger music industry and ecosystem. Additionally, you will learn the the difference between performing and reproduction rights, and how to receive the money you’ve rightfully earned for your hard work.

So if you’re a songwriter, composer, or producer, this webinar is for you.

Bring your questions and they will be answered at the end of the webinar by the webinar presenter LordQuest and special guest TOBi.
