About the Studios

● Private Studios Sizes: Approximately 100 sq. ft. (10 x 10 ft).

● Private Studio Rate: $300/month (all-in)- includes utilities, internet, insurance, maintenance/cleaning, and no taxes.

● Shared Membership/Hot Desk Membership: $75/month (all-in).

● Access: 8:00am-11:00pm daily.

● Shared Use: Private Studios can be shared by up to two tenants at no additional cost.

BAO’s Studio Rentals responds directly to this need by providing affordable, accessible, dedicated spaces for artists and cultural workers to create, connect, and collaborate.

This pilot is an important step toward the development of the future Brampton Arts & Culture Centre (opening in 2028) and builds momentum for a thriving, sustainable creative ecosystem in our city.
